Our Pitta-balancing massage oil uses a unique Pitta-balancing essential oil blend, developed under the guidance of Melanie Sachs, in combination with organic sunflower oil. The result is an oil that soothes, calms, and cools the more warm-bodied Pitta person and leaves them feeling fresh, clean, and spacious. The aromas in our Pitta oil increase patience, sensitivity, and self-love.

Ingredients:

Organic Cold-Pressed Sunflower Oil - wealthy in oleic acids with high amounts of Vitamins A, D, and E, as well as lecithin, and unsaturated fatty acids. It is deeply nourishing and conditioning for the skin while not being heating to te naturally warm Pitta body type.

Lemon - balances sebum, acidity, discoloration, is antiseptic, clears and tones, cools head, helps focus

Bergamot - balances sebum, calms inflamed breakouts, lifts spirit, but is still relaxing

Frankinsense - preserves youth, helps one get more in touch with reality

Vertiver - cooling, refreshing, helps one "resist" temptations, "oil of tranquility," helps ones be more "in body" than "in head"

Jasmine - the "king of oils," reduces heat and sensitivity, warms and lightens the heart, helps one open to new ideas
